Exercise Type:

Anaerobic Exercise (strength training)

Primary Muscles Exercised:

Rectus abdominis (mostly lower part)
Serratus anterior and intercostals

Description:

1) while supporting your bodyweight with your arms, grab the handles
2) let your legs hand down under you, giving your knees a slight bend

Techinque:

1) pull your knees up using your abdominals and back down
2) slowly breath out as you contract, breath in while going back
3) repeat procedure until you have achieved your desired amount of repetition
