pectoralis major (upper chest)
anterior deltoids
Description:
1) using an overhand grip, grab two dumbbells while seated facing away from the back rest
2) firmly plant both legs on each side of the bench to help stabilize yourself
3) slowly lower yourself against the slanted back rest while at the same time bringing the dumbbells forward right above your chest
4) if you havenâ€t already, make the two dumbbells touch one another
Techinque:
1) slowly bend your arms lowering the dumbbells as low as you can while keeping complete control
2) slowly raise your arms and dumbbells back up to the starting position
3) repeat until you have reached your desired number of repetitions
